I welcome your feedback and comments. Most of all I welcome you sharing what I have to say both positively and negatively about Scouting with those in your communities, churches and units. It is only through a sharing and exchange of information can we together make the program stronger, better for our children and fellow adults, and most of all, a reflection of the best that America and the world has to give our children and future leaders of the world....perhaps even by then, the universe!

This is the site developed by Blackeagle Services of Kentucky for Mike L. Walton, a longtime award-winning Scouting leader and coach; a military officer whom have been on active duty and in either of the two Army Reserve components, a writer, an entertaining and highly motivational public speaker. A person that feels that everyone should be given an opportunity to live, grow and develop into the best possible person he or she can be. A husband, father, a teacher, a coach, a helper.

Settummanque, the blackeagle.

Much of what you will read here is a result of Mike Walton's vast Scouting knowledge, research and experiences gained over a 25-year period and personal reflections based upon "being there, doing it" rather than "reading it, talking about it".

Please note the disclaimer statement . It applies to all areas of this site.

Thanks to Joe "Fox" Nietman, America Online {tm}, and Dynasty Networking for allowing this information on their sites; and a special thanks to the many people whom have contributed by asking questions, providing information, or offering advise. This is much your site as it is his.

Come back and visit often!
